Polaroid

A private series.

This Polaroid series explores the ethereal, unpredictable beauty of discontinued Type 665 peel-apart film with the Hasselblad, through the solarization and oxidation techniques as taught by Todd Gieg. By carefully controlling re-exposure during development and allowing oxidation effects to emerge, each image transforms—reversing tones, creating luminous outlines, and yielding contrasts where shadows glow and highlights deepen.
